easy way but not too precise:

1. take lasso tool
2. put a value of 20 pixel for feather (smaller or greater accordingly to your picture size)
3. cut roughly arround the object
4. inverse selection ( [strg]+[shift]+[i] ) and delete
5. create new layer under the object layer and paste the background.

the feather effect makes 20 pixel of the cut out "half transparent", so the object should blend into the background.
