Там сказано проверить файл hosts.
Нашел этот файл здесь: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
Там лежат несколько файлов, включая hosts. Ну и как его проверять? Чем открывать? Открыл в WordPad , так там вот что написано, и никаких хостов не видно..
