will search a disk or directory for image files and generate an HTML document to display them. This is much easier that squinting at the thumbnails that image browsers often display (although it can generate thumbnail images too of course) and animated GIFs are … well… erm… animated.
It can find BMP, GIF, JPG, JPEG, ICO, WMF, EMF, SWF and PNG images, or any image type that your browser supports with an IMG or EMBED tag.
You can easily compare the images against different background images or colours.
HTML Image browser will accept command-line arguments which means you can set up a short-cut with frequently used options and HTML Image Browser will automatically process them to generate the HTML file.
This is a program for Windows 95, 98, ME, NT4, XP, 2000 and 2003. Sorry, but it won’t work on a mac or Linux.
