Использование файлообменников

Запрещено использование файл хостингов, предполагающих время ожидания, введения каптчи и ограниченной скорости.
Я получаю ряд жалоб от пользователей ряда стран, в т.ч. из Северной Америки, где линки недоступны.
За нарушение правил будут выписываьбся предупреждения, за повторные нарушения - бан
Здесь не рай для барыг

Allowed file hostings

Due to some complaints, strictly prohibited to use file hostings with waiting time, limited speed, kaptcha
It's impossible to use such links in some countries, especially in the North America.
You can be warned (and later banned) if you will violate this rule
