POST!
- Meaningful and worthwhile content. Not bumps or thank you.
- Join a discussion. Add something worthwhile to it. Not three words.
- Don't just say thank you. There is a button already for this.
- All users should have at least 10 - 15 substantial posts after a year. Think about it, that is less than 1- 2 post a month. This is rather liberal.
- Post links must be direct downloads.

1. If you use Google Chrome, it translates the page for you!

2. To HIDE go into advanced and at the top bar, where you add pics, is the HIDE button, press this, in the fly-out menu insert the number you want, hit OK, than insert the link

All links MUST be hided, for freeware products - 1-15, for commercial products up to you, recommended 50, for the exclusive products - up to 70-80, but no more
For security reasons, if you make a post and put the [CODE] or tags around a designers name your posts will not be found on Google.
But use this feature only for very exclusive products.

3. Re-uploads
for the old posts - please send PM to the poster first, if you can't get the reply, post it in the appropriate thread
The poster must correct the link, do not create another post
for the new posts - it's allowed if the link is broken or inactive

4. Requests and Bumps
DO A SEARCH before posting (use a second button on a gray option bar)
Filled requests will be removed to maximize the search options
Do not piggyback other's requests (you will be warned!)
You can bump within a month

5. New members MUST sharing first, you can request if you have at least 5 useful sharing posts
In other case you will be warned and banned after 3 posts

There are so many things to post (actions, brushes, tutorials, magazines, books, templates etc)
We would like to see your hard work before you can see the links

6. Old Members

We simply ban you without explanation

7. Use a yellow button to Thank you
Remember, it's hard time and money of the uploader

8. It's strictly prohibited to share the goodies on other sites and resources
You will be simply banned

9. Only Russian and English are allowed
Languages other than English are accepted only if specified in title and the descriptions provided must be in English (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese) - only for actions, scripts, books and video tutorials

10. DO NOT use all capital letters in your posts or titles...it's the same as shouting and not allowed here.

Wrong posts will be deleted without explanation
Always add a description to the links you post, including file size if possible.

13. No post may contain:
Exploits, scripts or programs that will harm one's computer (aka hacking tools)
Advertising in any form

14. You MUST put the designers name, or the creator of actions/textures/scrapkits in the post

15. iFolder, Letitbit are allowed only with other mirrors
Standalone iFolder or Letitbit links is now violation of the rules, you may be warned or banned in several cases

It's a big headaches for use iFolder, Letitbit outside Russian Federationб Belarus and Ukraine
Please respect community's wishes
